[1] Service & Scheduling Policy
- Clients will be assigned a designated service day each week.
- In the event of rain or severe weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled within 1-2 days of your assigned
service day. You will be notified in advance if any changes occur.
[2] Payment Policy
- Landscaping & Mechanical Services: Payment is due immediately upon completion.
- Lawn Care Services: Payment may be made weekly, monthly, or as a full-season prepay, depending on the terms of
our agreement.
- Payments must be received within 7 days of the service date. If payment is delayed beyond that, service may be
suspended unless prior arrangements have been made.
- One-Time Services: Prepayment is required before any work begins.
- Landscaping Deposits: For all landscaping projects, a 50% down payment is required before any work can begin. The
remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, ACH, Cash, and Venmo.
[3] Cancellation & Contract Terms
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule services. Cancellations made within this window
may result in forfeiture of any deposit for landscaping work.
- We offer month-to-month and seasonal contracts (May through September). Contracts require a signature, with clearly
defined service and payment schedules.
- If a service is canceled after the week has started but before the scheduled work is performed, you may still be billed
for that week's service.
[4] Property Access Policy
- Please ensure all gates are unlocked on service days. If the crew is unable to access the property, service may be
skipped without a refund.
- All pets must be secured during service hours. Our staff will not enter properties if loose pets are present.
[5] Lawn & Property Damage
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service for review and resolution.
- We are responsible for damage caused directly by our crew (e.g., broken sprinkler heads or fence panels) and will
repair or reimburse accordingly.
- We are not liable for damage caused by unseen objects (e.g., toys, wires, tools) left in service areas.
[6] Communication & Estimates
- Free Estimates are provided for all services.
- Communication may occur via phone, email, or customer portals.
- All services require a signed agreement before work can begin.
